Service Overview

We provide managed Facebook Ads accounts for advertising purposes. All Facebook profiles, ad accounts, Business Managers, pages, pixels, and related assets remain the exclusive property of our platform. Access to these assets is granted solely for approved advertising activities and is subject to our review and approval process.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, providing accurate information, and ensuring that all advertising activities comply with Meta's Advertising Standards, Community Standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, prohibited, or illegal advertising practices. We reserve the right to reject requests, suspend access, or permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms or Meta's policies.

Fees & Payments

All applicable fees, including setup fees, deposit fees, and account top-up fees, are displayed before you submit a request.

• Setup fees and deposit fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Wallet balances may be used to pay applicable service fees.
• Charges are deducted when a request is submitted for processing.
• If a request is rejected by our team, any eligible refundable balance will be returned to your wallet. Non-refundable setup and deposit fees will not be refunded.

Account Ownership

All accounts and advertising assets provided through our platform remain our property at all times. Users receive permission to use these assets only for approved advertising purposes and acquire no ownership rights.

We reserve the right to revoke access to any account at our sole discretion where necessary to protect the platform, comply with Meta policies, or prevent abuse.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account without prior notice if we determine that it has violated these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable laws.

Users may request withdrawal of their wallet balance in accordance with our Refund Policy. Once a withdrawal request has been approved and completed, the user account will be permanently closed and associated account data may be removed.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from Meta account restrictions, disabled advertising accounts, policy updates, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the available wallet balance held on your behalf at the time of the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
